This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures
Demonstrates ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction
Demonstrates ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information
Demonstrates understanding of interpreting analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications
Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments
Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic/ soft copy matrices and/ or web-enabled formats
Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills
Demonstrates ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols
Demonstrates ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information
Demonstrates understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors / platforms and human intelligence sources
Demonstrates understanding of evaluating collected intelligence reporting, engaging with collection managers, and developing collection requirements
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced
Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives

Location is MCB Quantico with minimal telework
Only potential local travel is expected for this position
Provide expert analysis and intelligence reporting of electronic warfare (EW) systems, EW related activities, adversarial use of EW systems and capabilities, significant or key cultural considerations that affect operational and tactical planning and security
Review and analyze tactical and operational-level EW-related directives and initiatives in cohesion to USMC interests
Plans, implements, and maintains databases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source material and the production of technical or operational intelligence
Performs complex intelligence research, analysis, and production of scientific and technical intelligence (S and TI) relative to threats to EW systems and technologies including autonomy and artificial intelligence
Maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, services, and allied foreign governments to discuss production requirements and provide information
Maintain situational awareness of and analyze the Electromagnetic Operating Environment (EMOE) USMC forces will be/are operating in
Conduct all-source methods to assess foreign electronic warfare (EW) and cyberwarfare capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities
Analyze foreign capabilities to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC emissions and signals throughout the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) to include, but not limited to emissions from targeting, communications, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) assets
Assess ability to execute Command and Control in a denied and degraded communications environment
Assess USMC targeting systems and C4ISR systems vulnerability to lethal and non-lethal effects in and throughout the EMS
Identify, monitor, and assess advancements in emerging and commercial technologies that could be employed by state and non-state actors to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC electronic emissions and signals
Evaluate foreign Computer Network Defense (CND) and Computer Network Attack (CNA) capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities
Assess potential vulnerabilities of USMC tactical systems to CNA to include systems related to targeting, ISR, and navigation assets
Produce written intelligence assessments and briefings to support consumers at the tactical, operational, and strategic level
Assess information gaps, develops collection strategies, and composes collection requirements Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Marine Corps Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TIPs), and Marine Corps mission sets
Knowledge of Structured Analytic Techniques (SAT) and their applicability for backing up analytical assessments
Ability to conduct analytical reporting, supported using Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 208
Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting relevant analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
