Midstream Process Engineer's primary duties include:
- Develop and improve gas treatment processes
- Measure and interpret data
- Design, run, and upgrade gas plant processes
- Build and interpret process safety information, including PFDs, plant layout, P&ID, C&E matrices, electric one-line drawings, instrument lists, motor lists, and control narratives.
- Assist in developing best management practices in plant and field
- Perform process simulations and troubleshoot variations in actual plant performance
- Manage fast-paced troubleshooting
- Provide documentation and start-up/shutdown instructions
- Organize and budget plant expansion
- Equipment sizing for expansions and new projects

Skills required:
- BS in Chemical or Mechanical engineering
- 3+ years in natural gas processing plants or similar related operations
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of natural gas process standards
- Proven experience in gas treatment processes or similar processes
- Working knowledge of standard engineering and process software
- Organization and prioritization skills
Skills preferred:
- 3+ years in a gas treatment environment
- PLC certifications and station control experience
