Job Summary: Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronic Warfare Liaison to support the efforts of the Marine Corps Spectrum Integration Lab (MCSIL) at U.S. Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) at Camp Pendleton, CA. The individual will be responsible for managing and communicating stakeholder interests for the MCSIL Portfolio, specifically dealing with Electronic Warfare (EW) and Research & Development (R&D) for the Intrepid Tiger II pod, as well as ongoing efforts. This position also involves liaison work for the Warrior Program. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between MCSIL and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding the EW portfolio.
Manage stakeholder relationships and interests, ensuring alignment with MCSIL objectives and initiatives.
Support the development and execution of R&D projects related to the Intrepid Tiger II pod, providing technical and programmatic guidance.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, briefings, and reviews with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.
Provide liaison support for the Warrior program, ensuring seamless integration and communication across all relevant efforts.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of EW and R&D projects.
Collaborate with MCTSSA and other Marine Corps entities to ensure alignment and support for EW initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of EW projects, recommending improvements and adjustments, as necessary.
Stay informed about the latest developments in EW technologies and methodologies, ensuring that MCSIL and MCTSSA remain at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related S.T.E.M. field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electronic Warfare, Signals, R&D, or a related field.
Strong understanding of EW systems, technologies, and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and communicate stakeholder interests effectively.
Proven experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate complex projects and initiatives.
Familiarity with the Intrepid Tiger II pod and related technologies is highly desirable.
Experience working with or supporting the U.S. Marine Corps or other military branches.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 10 years of similar role in a DoD setting supporting EMSO operations.
Experience in Research & Development of military or EW weapons systems.
Strong background in the SIGINT/ELINT and related operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
