To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Job Description This is an UNPAID internship through the DoD SkillBridge Program for transitioning active-duty US military personnel. DoD SkillBridge Internships are available to help transitioning active-duty military personnel gain real-world experience in the work force sometime during their final 180 days of active-duty service. The intern will actively train on meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior company leadership. HII Mission Technologies Internship programs are focused on placing transitioning military into internships that require KSAs, Education & Military Training similar to their current or previous military jobs; positions that could easily transition over to a full-time regular and permanent job with HII. Objective The Skillbridge intern will train as a Foreign Disclosure Officer / Representative within HII Mission Technologies, reporting to designated Mission Technologies site Security Administrator / Representative, with the goal of learning how to operate as Foreign Disclosure Officer. The intern will be assigned special projects as needed. Desired End State (3-4 month target) At the end of four months, the intern will develop a good understanding of all Foreign Disclosure Officer, duties, and functions. HII Mission Technologies will benefit from the military background of the Skillbridge intern and considers the Skillbridge internship an overall positive experience. Assumptions/Restrictions If candidate is selected and approved, Skillbridge Intern can travel in conjunction with this internship; HII Mission Technologies will fund all travel costs.
Skillbridge Intern will possess at minimum an active Top-Secret w/SCI eligibility security clearance Skillbridge Intern will be available during core hours for critical meetings and training.

Week 2: Work Training Manager to establish accounts in all systems, get on-boarded with SSO, CAC CARD, and badge Week 3: Review POI with the training manager and establish system access (spell out what systems)
Week 4: DIA FDO/FDR Certification Course (if required)
Week 5: Integration in the Foreign Disclosure Community Week 6: Foreign Visits to US Combatant Commands (HQV System)
Week 7: Reviewing Products for release determination
Week 8: Shadow Command FDO
Week 9: Foreign Disclosure (Technical Security)
Week 10: Foreign Disclosure (Training National Disclosure Policy)
Week 11: Foreign Disclosure (Products)
Week 12: Foreign Disclosure (Special Operations Forces-Enterprise (SOF-E) Week 13: Foreign Disclosure (Delegated Disclosure Letter (DDL) overview and use
Week 14: Final evaluation and interview
Additional Goals Facilitate integration with inside United States Special Operations Command and various Special Operations Entities that comprise SOF-E. Minimum Qualifications Must be Active-Duty Military ONLY within final 180 days of active-duty service. Applications accepted within final 12 months of active-duty military service. Education and Experience dependent on Program of Instruction. Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
