Job Type Full-time Description What You'll Do: As the System Administrator, you will join our team of technical experts supporting NAVAIR's Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program (PMA-262). In this role you will establish and maintain enterprise networks in multiple laboratories, test facilities, and aircraft at both the unclassified and classified levels. Specific responsibilities include: Maintaining network security for the Triton lab, ground station and aircraft networks
Running scans and applying patches
Supporting Triton IFC-4 Increments I and II development, test, production and fleet assets as increased capability is developed, integrated and fielded to re-capitalize EP-3 capability
Additional responsibilities will arise dependent on the needs of the program The job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities. Requirements Education and Experience: B.S. degree in information technology, computer science, electrical engineering, or related engineering degree is required; M.S. preferred
Expert level-experience with Linux operating systems is required; Microsoft operating system experience is preferred but not as critical as the Linux experience 3+ years of system administration experience is required
Knowledge of performing ACAS/SCAP/STIG requirements for ATO needs is preferred
Possess DoD Approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Technical Level (IAT) II: must posses one of the following industry certifications: CCNA-Security; CySA+; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP.
