Description:
We are seeking a Senior Level skilled/experienced electrical engineer knowledgeable in power, lighting and HVAC electrical system design for producing and reviewing building construction documents. Electrical Engineers work as part of a team with our clients (mostly architects, contractors and developers) and other engineers and designers to design a multitude of different building types. This position may require some in-field work gathering information, attending meetings and performing inspections on construction sites, etc.
Skills Required:
A working knowledge of the National Electric Code
Proficient AutoCAD skills, capable of doing design/input in AutoCAD & REVIT s
Familiar with IECC lighting requirements and calculations
Knowledge in Specialty Power System Analysis and Arc Flash/Coordination studies is a plus
Be able to manage multiple projects at once
Communicate well with co-workers, clients, contractors and building officials
Experience: A minimum of 3 years prior experience in consulting engineering is a must- and ideally a PE in the State of Arizona
Compensation: Position is full-time, salary, wages DOE. This position is In-Office only and is not work-from-home or hybrid.
