Information Operations Policy Analyst with Security Clearance

The mission of the Office of the ASD SOLIC is to conduct oversight of all Department of Defense (DoD) policies and plans related to special operations, with special emphasis on counterterrorism, information operations, irregular warfare, sensitive special operations, counter unmanned systems and other activities as specified by the Secretary of Defense. The Information Operations Policy Analyst will provide oversight of policy, strategy, planning, resource management, operational considerations, personnel, and technology development for operating in the information environment (OIE). This includes drafting Department of Defense Directives, Department of Defense Instructions, Directive Type Memorandums, Functional Concepts, information papers, position papers for Executive Leadership to include ASD SOLIC and Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. Required Skills and Experience: 3 Years Special Operations Experience
Experience with Military Information Support Operations (MISO)
Experience with Executive Level writing
Experience with Policy Development
Bachelor's Degree
Top Secret / SCI Clearance
Preferred Skills and Experience: 5 + Years Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, or Service-level Headquarters Experience
Experience in risk management processes
Experience with Congressional engagement activities
