Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking highly motivated business or or related discipline students for Summer Internships for 2025 to work for our Commercial Team. These paid internships will last approximately 10 weeks from June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025. As a Summer Intern within our Commercial Team, you will have the chance to work independently on projects that align with your academic background and career aspirations.

High Visibility Project Work: Primary project assigned, as well as various other project work designed to help gain
real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor. Final presentation of
primary project at the conclusion of internship to fellow interns, HR, and members of leadership. Projects include
but are not limited to: 360 Feedback documentation to current Gas Sales Support team members; assisting with
providing DEI content to monthly meetings; participate in projects led by the Sales Strategy and Enablement
team; putting together annual BDS (Business Development Specialist) Summit material; maintaining customer
contract database accuracy; and gaining insight and training on basic BDS account setups in Salesforce.

Networking Opportunities/Cultural Exposure: Regularly attend weekly networking opportunities with fellow
summer interns and team members within the Gas Sales Support team. Build relationships by holding
conversations with other individuals/leaders from other departments to gain exposure into their teams, personal
backgrounds, and career paths. Speak and connect with at least 3 individuals and document feedback.

Process Improvements: Assist with ad hoc requests for process improvements, such as assisting in cleanup
projects and development of process efficiencies.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing in a Bachelor's program in Business, Finance, Economics, or Other Related Fields.

Must provide proof of enrollment in qualifying Bachelor's or Master's program for the duration of the 10 week summer internship program. An individual is not qualified to be an intern if their enrollment lapses during the internship period.

Must provide proof of post-internship fall semester enrollment in post-secondary program if not actively enrolled in Bachelor's program at time of summer internship.

Minimum GPA: Cumulative 2.8/Major 3.0

Track record of outstanding academic performance

Eagerness to contribute within a team-oriented environment

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills

Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail

Flexibility on the job and the ability to work under daily deadlines
