Job Overview:
This project manager will initially help lead a highly critical office consolidation project. This leader will establish project plans and scope to ensure resources are properly allocated to maintain business continuity and meet project deliverables within budget and on time. The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that objectives are accomplished within established specifications, schedules, and budgets

Annual Salary: $72,028 to $129,687

Responsibilities:
Reviews project proposal to determine time frame, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.

Develop, lead and coordinates all project management activities including the project team, schedule, budget, permits, compliance, risks and their mitigations.

Interfaces with major stakeholders to outline work plan and assign duties.

Directs activities of internal staff and vendors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.

Coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize delays.

Reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.

Prepares project reports for management and advises status on a regular basis.

Interface with customer on all aspects of contract and technical requirements.

Anticipates potential schedule delays and initiates plans for alternative actions.

Work closely with business operations leaders to coordinate floor layout, equipment move/installation, permit/inspection requirements, testing, timing, etc to maximize efficiency and minimize business disruption.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Five years related project management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry with facilities relocation experience.

Previous experience leading a large scale, multi-site relocation and consolidation, including manufacturing and production facilities.

Strong project management, problem solving, and customer service skills.

Demonstrated originality and initiative and ability to influence company leaders

Considerable flexibility of methods required to meet program goals.

Excellent interpersonal relations, customer service, and oral and written communication skills.

Excellent MS Office application experience.
