Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Staff Program Manager, Business and Digital Strategy, Remarketing to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our automotive products with the remarketing and sales domain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward achieving product excellence.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, remarketing and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Drive cross functional alignment across strategic efforts to increase Rivian's new and used vehicle sales.
Communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
Align with business (Remarketing and Sales) on business requirements and goals associated with each product to drive efficient decision making between trade-offs and future improvements
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust product strategies as necessary.
Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept through production and market introduction, ability to be dynamic and responsive to business needs.
Ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to continuously improve product offerings.
Act as the product champion, representing the product vision and value proposition to external and internal stakeholders.
Track product performance and key metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Implement optimization strategies based on performance data and user feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
7-10 Years of Automotive experience.(Retail + OEM)
3+ Years experience working in an OEM, Electric OEM is preferred
3+ Years of Senior Level leadership experience and Executive level communication is a requirement.
Proven track record of successfully managing product and program lifecycles and launching new products.
Strong understanding of automotive technology and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for San Francisco Bay Area Based Applicants: $(phone number removed)/yr (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)
