Join us as a Machine Learning Engineer / Scientist - Trajectory Optimization Specialist and be part of a team dedicated to developing cutting-edge trajectory optimization and predictive algorithms for autonomous vehicles, supporting the Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) system. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team to drive the future of autonomous systems. Responsibilities: As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will have the chance to: Design and implement advanced ML models and algorithms for physics-based trajectory generation and prediction, incorporating reinforcement learning, deep learning, generative adversarial network (GAN), and classical optimization techniques. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to integrate trajectory optimization and predictive ML algorithms into our autonomous systems, contributing to their real-time performance and safety. Stay at the cutting edge of technology by researching the latest ML, trajectory optimization, and autonomous systems advancements, and applying new methodologies to enhance our algorithms. Requirements:
In this role, we're looking for individuals with the following preferred requirements: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, focusing on machine learning, trajectory optimization, or autonomous systems. Strong experience in ML, including deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), classical optimization techniques, and reinforcement learning, specifically in the aerospace flight domain. Experience optimizing and implementing physics-based trajectory algorithms for autonomous vehicles or robotics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (required), C++, and MATLAB. Proficiency in AWS SageMaker tools and S3 data lake queries using Python (preferred). To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are essential: US Citizen with Top Secret Security Clearance, and ideally with prior experience in the US Military or US missile warning.
