Our Advanced Radar Products Department has an immediate need for a Production IPTL & CAM with expertise working in a complex production program. You will collaborate with a cross functional team comprised of Engineers, Operations, and Program Management to support the production program across multiple sites. In this role, you will lead with a culture of trust, transparency, compliance, diversity, inclusion, and accountability. What You Will Do Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk Train and lead a team of 10+ engineers Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with the customer Solve complex CMES, PRISM, and other factory infrastructure issues Manage control account(s) utilizing Earn Value Management (EVM) techniques Coordinate with the Development, Production, and the Forest factory to manage insertion activities for Hardware, STE, and Factory Infrastructure Expected to Travel 25% of the time. What You Will Learn Facilitating the gate or stages for Transition to Production within a production factory environment Managing Risk and Opportunity (R&O) for a production program Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering and/or manufacturing experience Experience as a technical leader and/or program manager of large cross functional or multi-disciplined teams at multiple locations Experience utilizing a Factory Operating Systems (FOS) or Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) to manage critical material receipt and builds to support program execution Raytheon EV certified and experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance and AAS Program access is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Desired Qualifications: Experience with Production Readiness Reviews, First Article Inspections, Gate or Stages for Transition to Production, and System / Platform Integration Experience managing Risk and Opportunity for a production program for the government Knowledge of program tailoring and internal review process Excellent written and oral communication skills. This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here: North Texas: The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
