Job Description Mission Technologies a division of HII and their Cyber, Electronic, Warfare & Space team is looking to hire a Quick Reaction Editor/Writer to develop, manage, and update a variety of technical documentation working directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment with other members of our Prototype DevelopmentSupport. Must possess a strong mission focus to do new development, rapid prototyping, and analytics support in a variety of environments, using leading edge technologies. Essential Job Responsibilities Develop, manage, and update a variety of technical documentation.
Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.
Work with SMEs to development and publish training materials. Works with customers in the development, preparation, and presentation of technical documents.
Utilize reporting tools, and the Cybersecurity Directorate (CSD) weekly activity reports to gather topics to present to the CSD Chief Operating Officers (COO).
Work with the customer to develop topics for the Director's Stand Up (DIRSU)
Brief the customer on weekly suggested talking points,
Develop and maintain a DIRSU standard operating procedure and a searchable topic tracker
Develop and maintain an appendix and operation tracker that will assist as a quick reference guide for all CSD operations.
Ensure final reports are delivered with in the tie limit and the topics are consistent with CSD strategy, corporate strategy, and meets the Director's thresholds.
Contribute to and/or develop a Lesson Learned program that will capture and documents from various sources to include but not limited to floor observations, OneNote logs, DIRSU topic research, and reporting in the CSD Daily.
Minimum Qualifications Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph for consideration Bachelor's degree Communications, Journalism, English, or a STEM field plus 2-years of relevant experience. Associate's degree plus 4-years of relevant experience High school diploma/GED plus 6-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience creating training and presentation materials.
Ability to work with varying levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Preferred Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with customer Analytical tools
Knowledge of SIGINT processing
Familiarity with customer corporate tools
