To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Job Description HII Mission Technologies is looking for a Training Manager to support its customer, the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) PMO. The Training Manager would work with the 700th Air Support Squadron (ASUS) at Langley AFB to coordinate, facilitate and track training for operators in the in Command-and-Control Network & Security Operation Center (C2NSOC). Essential Job Responsibilities Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs. May be responsible for development of e-learning programs. Ensures effectiveness and standardization of C2NSOC operators following completion of training.
Administers evaluations for each crew specialty and evaluates those mission/skill sets in which they maintain qualification and/or certification. Maintains and ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for C2NSOC roles.
Minimum Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance
6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
Ability to roll out complex change management
Think creatively and bring learning content to life to engage user
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
