To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Who We Are: HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Analyst to work onsite at USSOCOM, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. In this role, the successful candidate will provide Foreign Disclosure policy guidance, advice, and training to intelligence analysts and staff personnel. Interpret/implement Foreign Disclosure policy & procedures relating to USSOCOM, subordinate commands, and Special Security Office. Provide classification guidance and policy in the review of intelligence, operations and plans products for the Command, as well as the Foreign Visit System and the assignment of Foreign Exchange Officers and Foreign Liaison Officers. The position is critical for USSOCOM's and US Government's relations with foreign governments as decisions by Foreign Disclosure Office and actions taken could produce serious security compromises or diplomatic disagreements. What You Will Do: Receives, analyzes, and responds to all actions and requests for foreign disclosure, determining the releasability of complex items of Classified Military Information specific to special operations to foreign entities during peace, crisis, and war.
Conducts foreign visit requests approval and coordination for partner nation visitors to the command.
Coordinates with National Intelligence agencies (CIA, NSA, etc.) to complete requirements outside the scope of USSOCOM'S authorities.
Assist the review and release of daily update brief and intelligence and operations brief for the Deputy J3, and exchange officer.
Use Foreign Visit System and Headquarters Visitor application for assignment of Foreign Exchange Officers and Foreign Liaison Officers including short-term visitors.
Improve the foreign visit process by integrating Foreign Disclosure Management System (FDMS) data with the HQ Visits workflow system.
Coordinate with J3-International Division's exchange and liaison officers from 25 countries.
What We're Looking For: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
2 years experience with Operations, Intelligence, Cyber functions within the past 5 yrs
2 years minimum experience working FD functions within past 5 years
Clearance: Must have a current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred Requirements Must have completed Foreign Disclosure (FD) training course (i.e., DIA FD course, Service FD course)
