To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Summary HII Mission Technologies is looking for a Program Manager and Site Lead to support the Weapons & Space Systems Operation and its employees and customers in Warner Robins, Georgia. The Program Manager provides overall leadership to the Warner Robins team and manages multiple Program Managers and personnel as assigned in support of US Government customers and their activities within the Department of Defense (DoD). The Program Manager is responsible for achieving business goals and growth targets, developing assigned personnel, serving as the primary point of contact of HII to assigned customers, and directly contributing to the definition and implementation of company strategy within the Warner Robins market. The successful candidate will have significant experience leading teams providing services and solutions that keep critical weapons and systems available and modernized. The candidate will be goal-oriented with a history of driving innovation and skillfully working across large organizations to build consensus and support. This is a crucial role with unlimited growth potential. Essential Job Responsibilities Responsible for the profit and loss of a large complex program/office.
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
Responsible for serving multiple customers requiring developing and managing plans across several subcontractors.
Responsible for overseeing a program contained at one primary geographic location however covering remote locations and multiple business functions and employees directly assigned to the program. Program may require new technologies.
Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Develop new business or expand services with the customer.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
Directs the work of employees including management level assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
Work with all functional departments as required to ensure continued customer satisfaction, and compliance with corporate policies and standards, and to maintain high ethical standards. Personally model HII values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility, and performance.
Minimum Qualifications 8 years relevant and progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in related field; 6 years relevant and progressive experience with a Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.

Prior experience managing Air Force programs and/or an understanding of Air Force logistics. Clearance: Active secret security clearance.
Preferred Requirements Recent experience managing multiple Program or Project Managers.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities. A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting DoD contracts (either active duty or as a contractor).
A minimum of 4 years of management/leadership experience in a programmatic or organizational capacity.
Strong experience in supply chain or logistics, obsolescence management, data analytics, reverse engineering, and/or prototyping.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Involvement with industry groups such as NDIA.
