The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment. They shall be proficient in maintaining all types of industrial flooring and have a broad and full understanding of other janitorial responsibilities for large commercial businesses. Some examples of expected proficiencies from the successful candidate shall be but not be limited to the following:
Must have a safety first mindset and work history
Stripping and refinishing of VCT and ESD tile flooring
Maintenance of VCT and ESD tile flooring
Experienced in floor machine scrubbing, dam mopping, spray buffing and burnishing.
Adept in carpet care, vacuuming, spot/stain removal and operation of carpet cleaning equipment
Must have experience with fixing and maintaining janitorial equipment
Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi task
Shall have previous janitorial experience in supporting manufacturing and laboratory spaces
Non-custodial related general maintenance activities may also be required.

9/80 work schedule. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend with the off-Friday.

This position will report directly to the Janitorial Plant Engineering Supervisor and will have direct responsibility for Custodial and floor care throughout the facility. The facility sits on 22 acres in downtown Nashua NH, and has approximately 680,000 square feet of office, lab and manufacturing space. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Demonstrate an aptitude to inspect cleanliness conditions, determine needs, and preform appropriate processes
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently while meeting predetermined requirements
FOD cleaning, stripping and finishing VCT (tile) floors experience Extraction of carpets and knowledge of cleaning equipment both hard floor and carpets Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
Verbal and written communication skills
Lift 50 lbs. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills General computer skills
5+years' experience in custodial, janitorial or general maintenance positions
experience working in electronic manufacturing environment
experience working in ESD sensitive areas

Full-Time Salary Range: $38060 - $60940 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
