R- Description Leidos is seeking a qualified candidate capable of supporting Program execution in a Program Integration role within for the IFPC Enduring Shield launch system product areas. The IFPC Enduring Shield launch system is a critical element of the US Army Force Protection strategy intended to defeat cruise missile and unmanned aircraft system threats. The launcher will be assembled and integrated at Leidos facilities in Huntsville, AL. The Enduring Shield launch system is currently in a prototype / development test phase in partnership with PM SHIELD, within PEO Missiles and Space, US Army. Upon completion of the prototype phase, the program will transition through Operational Assessment, IOT&E into Limited Rate Initial Production (LRIP) with full rate production for both the US as well as expected sales to international customers. It is expected that product area will lead to approximately $500M annual sales in full rate production. Successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President of the Enduring Shield Program within our Platform Development Division. The selected candidate will provide program integration support within the ongoing prototype/development program, will support the missile datalink effort as a follow-on developmental and test program which merges into the launcher prototypes, and will support other internal research and development associated with the Enduring Shield Launching System product area. Primary Responsibilities Support the Program Manager with all tasks needed to make decisions about the execution of program resources, planning and implementation. Provide program support to the Program Office by assisting and coordinating plans and operations. Coordinating major briefs with internal and external stakeholders. Track project milestones, deliverables, major reviews and action items. Complete assignments on-time and clearly communicate interim status and any changes or concerns. Clearly read, interpret and present complex information; interact with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management; listen well; and, resolve issues identified by stakeholders. Support PMO control account cost, budget and schedule activities. Coordinate and implement corrective actions Basic Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor's of Science or equivalent degree. Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in a related job assignment or 2 years with MS degree. Candidate must have 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Candidate must have computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office application. Candidate must have strong personal organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work on as well as manage a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Candidate must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
