Title:
Logistics Specialist KBR is proactively seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team supporting various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of C-UAS systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems for the Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) program at St. Inigoes, MD/Webster Field. This is a full-time on-site position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information. Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems. May be required to serve as a supervisor to direct report employees. Works on logistics and maintainability programs with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as technical evaluation and identification of C-UAS system's logistics requirements and resources, d evelopment of logistics support and maintainability programs or plan systems acquisition requirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control life cycle cost analysis and control C-UAS systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program test and evaluation planning and execution and, ILS/R&M program management analysis. BASIC REQUIREMENTS Clearance & Citizenship: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Must be a US Citizen. Required education & years of experience (+substitution options below) Education: Bachelor's Degree - B.S. or B.A. Experience: 4 years of logistics analyst experience. At least two (2) years of that experience must be within the DON or supporting Navy Programs. Logistics analyst experience should include analysis of logistics programs, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems. OR Education: Associate Degree Experience: 8 years of logistics analyst experience. At least two (2) years of that experience must be within the DON or supporting Navy Programs. Logistics analyst experience should include analysis of logistics programs, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems. OR Experience: High School Diploma Education: 12 years of logistics analyst experience. At least two (2) years of that experience must be within the DON or supporting Navy Programs. Logistics analyst experience should include analysis of logistics programs, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: US Navy experience supporting CUAS programs. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week Compensation: $75-80K. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
