Salary $90,000 - $130,000 + Profit Sharing Plan + Excellent benefits & Paid Relocation Package

We are recruiting for a Process Engineer who will utilize expertise to enhance and optimize production needs on a paper machine, pulping, and/or converting areas of the mill while being mentored for a future growth opportunity.
As a Process Engineer, you will continuously seek ways to improve yield and energy efficiency of the plant. Drawing upon your expertise, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating existing processes and facilitating system changes to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production process.
Qualities such as internally motivated, results-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities are integral in this role. Youll need to be a hands-on, technically trained, detail-oriented, and organized person with working knowledge of Paper Machines or Converting processes.
Minimum requirements for these Process Engineering positions:
Degree in Engineering
Three plus years of process engineering experience in the paper industry.
Organized/Detail Oriented.
