Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Responsibilities:
Assess the level of effort and execute multiple projects end-to-end. Conclude if it can be done in-house or requires outsources and participate in project planning.
Collaborate with Stakeholders and collect labeling requirements and develop, maintain, and update labeling policy for each project.
Develop annotation certification and define performance & quality metrics.
Maintain organized metrics via spreadsheets or databases and be able to report on metrics accordingly.
Conduct QA/QC analysis, ensure we provide high-quality 3D/2D data to annotators, check the quality of annotations, and provide feedback to annotators as needed.
Implement process for labeling efficiency. Measure effectiveness for continual refinement of processes.
Work with multiple vendors and understand the contracts & quotes for 3rd party annotations/tools.
Prepare technical reports and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure consistent process implementation, with the ability to automate basic processes.
Develop data visualization reports to display trends in data distribution and metrics.
High level of motivation, project ownership, engagement, focus, and personal accountability.

Strong understanding of 3D/2D data annotation and evaluation workflow for ML use cases.

Experience leading a team, training/mentoring junior team members, and executing projects with offshore teams.
Experience with LiDAR point cloud, video, and image annotation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver under aggressive timelines.
Ability to efficiently coordinate multiple projects across several teams (both in-house and external vendors).
