Context:
We are currently seeking a RAMS Asset Management Lead to ensure the Service Delivery department provides successful implementation and management of the asset management strategy relating to all assets in assigned to their Metro, Tram and future network projects

Missions/Main Duties:
Support the delivery of RAM strategies and programs to ensure systems meet or exceed performance requirements through effective stakeholder management.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system RAM performance.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RAM and identify risk/opportunities inline with the Client's policies and procedures.

Understand equipment failure investigations (Root Cause Analysis - RCA) and management of subsequent corrective actions. Be responsible for the end-to-end project management of identified improvement initiatives.

Focus on the generation and/or continual improvement of maintenance strategies and tactics.

Provide guidance, standardisation, and technical assistance to key stakeholders regarding issues that prevents assets to have optimized performance.

Conduct the effective execution and Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) analysis utilising methodologies such as FME(C)A, RCM.

Ensures integrity of asset and engineering data to perform required analysis.

Works in conjunction with other AM experts to ensure consistency of asset and technical processes.

Coordinates any changes to the asset management system ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted while assessing change requests from the Systems maintainer and the FM maintainer.

Ensure accurate and timely information on all aspects of asset performance.

Assists in the generation and review of engineering and other standards for asset management in conjunction and consultation with other stakeholders.

Ensures communication and consultation with other AM experts and external stakeholders so that engineering standards that are generated for the assets can be implemented across Networks as far as practically feasible.

Supports the Implementation of a formal auditing regime to ensure all assets are maintained to the engineering and operational standards

Assist in implementing data governance framework to ensure the integrity, security, and proper use of the organizational data.

Utilizes data analytical best practices to drive continuous improvement across various business functions.

Profile/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or a related discipline. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in RAM or data analytics is a plus

Minimum of 12 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of improving system reliability and performance preferable from the railway industry.

Expertise in reliability engineering principles, including FMEA, fault tree analysis, RCM and reliability modelling. Proficiency with reliability testing tools and software.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in the fields of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS).

Extensive knowledge and understanding of asset management within a railway environment, engineering standards as applied to railway assets and use of complex asset management tools.

Skilled in oral and written communication, with demonstrated skill in conducting engineering and asset audits.
