Responsibilities: • Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to apply emerging technology and strategic understanding to work, develop and communicate strategic vision of unclassified research efforts to Joint Directorates, academia partners, and foreign mission partners to: • Lead geospatial and all-source intelligence analytic methodologies, theories, and frameworks; and AI/ML, data quality, enrichment, and stewardship processes and techniques for research and production. • Provide technical, analytic, and production advisory support that enables the command, its subordinate units, and other strategic and operational partners to integrate their research and production with SOUTHCOM operations, activities and investments. • Provide specialized expertise during the planning and execution of military exercises and operations. • Conduct briefings and debriefings related to analytic production, integration, task management and mitigation. • Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps. • Mentor, train, and advise senior on Geospatial Systems and IC Analytic tradecraft Required Experience/Education: Master's degree or higher (e.g., Ph.D.) in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a closely related field; or 11+ years minimal experience in these fields of study or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis, research, and production. Desired Certifications/Schooling: Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), GIS Professional Certification (GISP), Python Institute Certifications (PCAP, PCEP), Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Professional, GIS or training in related technologies, Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and All-Source Intelligence analytic methodology are advantageous but not required Come onboard with a company that Values its Employees!
