Overview
Stryten Energy manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive and consumer markets. Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints.
Responsible for the production of quality parts that meet and exceed the customer's specifications and expectations. Works closely with all machine operators and Production Supervisors.
This position is on 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday; 11pm - 7am)
The pay rate for this position is $22.00/hour, plus a $0.22/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities
- Preforms first article product inspections
- Preforming in-process product inspections
- Contains product that does not meet our quality standards
- Work with Technicians to get quality issues resolved
- Informs management of all quality issue
- Ensures all quality documentation is present and being completed correctly
- Mentor press operators on quality standards
- Run challenge parts to verify the test equipment
- Verify quality equipment is setup, calibrated and working correctly
- Assist Quality Lead as directed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum HS degree, but Associates degree or higher in a technical field is preferred
- Must be conscientious and detail-oriented with good follow up
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have the ability to work with precision instrumentation and gages, achieving repeatable results
- Must have the ability to work well with others
- Must have a ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be able to stand and walk frequently, lift up to 60lbs occasionally
- Must have demonstrated pattern of good judgement
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Past quality experience
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF (ISO 16949:2016)
- Background in injection molding and/or plastics assembly
