Role Summary:
Rivian Service is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead and support key initiatives within Field Service Operations, with a focus on overseeing digital deployment efforts, including testing, training, and communication to ensure seamless implementation.

This role requires a highly organized, self-starter who has a thorough understanding of digital platforms and a proven track record for managing complex digital projects in an iterative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional attention to detail, a strong focus on process optimization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to effectively address customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional programs from strategy to execution, leveraging program management, data analytics and presentation skills to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and readiness.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple stakeholders to introduce new processes and deliver actionable insights.

Develop strong, cross-functional working relationships across the service teams and the other partner Rivian functional teams to improve processes and deliver actionable insights.

Partner and collaborate with a variety of Rivian team members, including executives, to develop processes, strong analytical and reporting tools, and recognize and raise risks and issues.

Monitor Field performance to established metrics, KPIs, or SLAs using holistic data-modeling and program tracking tools to initiate, control, execute, and close on any actions to deliver on key results

Implement new processes, programs, and/or tools necessary to improve Field Service performance in meeting these metrics.

Identify and drive opportunities for improvements, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement of processes, standards, systems tools and workflows

Organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner to internal executive leadership teams

Develop, plan, and conduct training and communication of new processes, tools, resources, and more to the Field Service team, peers, and/or other relevant audiences

Support development and execution of monthly and weekly business updates, program status updates, executive level reporting, and overall communication on service performance.

Persuade and influence others with effective verbal and written communication.

Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.

Lead operational and business process re-engineering efforts

Understand business strategy development techniques.

Assist and support other aspects of the Service Organization as needed

Builds and contributes to a Rivian culture that is inclusive and maintain high levels of team morale

Collaborate with partner teams to manage testing, training, and communication ahead of digital tool and program launches, ensuring a seamless rollout and successful adoption.

Develop and implement strategies to measure and track the effectiveness of digital tools and programs following their launch.

Gather internal and external user feedback and collaborate with digital partners to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a related professional and dynamic environment

4-year college/university degree or similar/equivalent work experience

Program management, engineering, business analytics, data visualization, consulting or similar strategy-to-execution experience preferred

Proven experience in successfully defining, launching, driving, monitoring, and closing multiple complex programs/initiatives across a variety of business areas and/or functions

Experience managing multiple, complex programs simultaneously, working closely and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Demonstrated success in advanced data storytelling, through data modeling/analysis to drive consensus and business decisions

Experience using program/project management techniques and tools to drive large groups of cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic goals or objectives

Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI

Proficiency in a variety of program/project management, data analysis, and/or other productivity tools, as required; this may include Tableau, SQL, SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence, and/or multi-media software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a readiness to be customer-facing if necessary

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Must be available for a regular schedule of a minimum 40 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to business need

Ability to travel, including internationally, as needed (up to 75%)

Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $125,000- $156,200 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Bay Area, California Based Applicants: $135,800- $169,800 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for New York Based Applicants:$ 135,800- $169,800 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
