Position Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 years
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Day to day work will include, but not be limited to:
- Development and execution of program solicitations and offerings
- Management and/or mentorship of Efficiency Planning & Engineering staff
- Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgets
- Manage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders
- Manage contractors and program support agreements;
- Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants;
- Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs; - Make recommendations for improvements to NYSERDA's strategies and business processes;
- Support program reporting;
- Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes of the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team
To be considered for this position, you should have:
NEIS, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Buildings Portal, Tableau
10+ years of experience
- Past experience with the New York State commercial and/or multifamily market
- Past experience with energy efficiency program development and execution
- Past experience with people management
- Project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements;
- Support strategic market engagement and partnership development;
- Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes;
- Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills;
- Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams;
- Must be a high level Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets.
