Position Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 years
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
1) Create and oversee mass stakeholder emails, website updates, program documents, and program presentations from drafting to deployment;
2) Draft stakeholder engagement plans for program announcements, milestones, and events, and manage coordination of related workflows with support teams (Communications, Marketing, Events);
3) Conduct research on program portfolio metrics and energy storage market/policy developments as needed;
4) Address questions from solar/energy storage companies by phone and email;
5) Coordinate program teem meetings and meeting agendas with internal and external stakeholders;
6) Manage Energy Storage contracting actions in NEIS and Salesforce; and
7) Other duties as necessary to contribute toward the key outcomes of the Distributed Energy Resource team
To be considered for this position, you should have:
1) 1-3 years of total relevant experience in project management, business/program operations, and/or another related responsibilities, preferably in renewable/clean energy or related field.
2) Bachelor's degree required.
Skills:
1) Familiarity with energy storage and solar PV technologies, development process, and market/policy trends;
2) Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to conduct spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel;
3) Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, ability to write professional and concise emails;
4) Well organized, able to work independently, excellent attention to detail, and strong critical thinking skills.
IT systems knowledge:
1) NEIS (PeopleSoft)
2) Salesforce
3) Microsoft Teams
4) Microsoft Office
