The Installation Project Coordinator will help with managing and tracking expansion projects and field change order. In addition, the position will work with other teams and vendors to manage and follow up projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and manage installation projects of the assigned battery processes.
  • Lead projects related to installation, ramp up and standardization activities within assigned department
  • Work with engineers and other teams to test and validate the installation of process equipment.
  • Analyze project progress for cost and materials.
  • Report the project status to leadership on a regular basis and take timely action where necessary.
  • Interact with vendors and other teams to follow up the timeline of installation projects.
  • Manage Field Change Orders (FCO)

    Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or related relevant experience
  • 0-3+ years of experience in construction and equipment installation in engineering environment
  • Experience tracking projects/processes from cradle to grave meeting assigned deadlines

    Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and application of statistical knowledge
  • Critical thinking and passion to learn advanced technology
  • Have strong accountability and self-motivation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Korean bilingual skill is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
  • Experience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other design programs is a plus
  • Experience in the battery manufacturing process is a plus

    Additional Requirements:

  • This role requires 5-10% of travel (domestic)
