Raytheon Earned Value Management (EVM) team is seeking an individual to join as a Manager of EVM Tier IIIs and IVs (EVM Focal). This position both manages and performs the role of an "EVM Tier III", and is accountable for the performance of EVM implementation, execution, and compliance for the assigned Sub-Strategic Business Units (SSBU) and the EVM team supporting them. Proactive leadership and demonstrated capability to develop credibility both internally with program teams, and externally with Customers and DCMA will be necessary to drive improvement. Effective and influential communication across all levels (Functions, Product Lines, Senior Management, Program Management, and Government counterparts) is required. EVM experience needed, and the ability to lead a team of other EVM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution as well as other leadership capabilities. A strong desire to develop a team and foster relationships that improve execution implementation is critical. Some travel may be required. What You Will Do Lead a team of EVM SMEs (Tier IIIs and IVs) through multiple scenarios of complexity Lead compliant EVM implementation and execution activities for Mission Area(s) Prepare teams for all EVM events (IBR, internal and external surveillance, etc.) Provide closed loop feedback to EVM team and program teams Review RFP/RFQ bid language for EVM implications; make recommendations for revisions Ensure program leadership and front-line teams understand how to meet the intent of compliant EVM implementation through presentation of training materials Contribute to and/or lead team training events (EVM Forums, EVM Certification Boot Camps, etc.) Assess EVM artifacts for compliance to DIDs, CDRLs, and EVM Command Media Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic Typically requires 10+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years prior relevant experience Experience in application of EVMS, Program Controls, and Cost/ Schedule Integration Experience applying EVMS policies, procedures, and intent across an enterprise in multiple contractual scenarios Experience participating in EVM compliance reviews or audits (either internal or external) Creation, assessment, or review of EVM reporting experience (Contract Performance Report (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report, (IPMR) or Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) or Integrated Master Schedule (IMS Training facilitation (in person, via Zoom, or other) The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance as well as program specific clearances is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
