Raytheon is seeking an experienced earned value analyst that is ready to lead, mentor , and coach on a program continuing into a follow-on phase of maturity that will deliver quantities to our end customer . You'll join a team of 6 including yourself within the front-end and development side of the business in the Advanced Technology SBU, Advanced Effectors and Space SSBU, Alternate Missions & Space Directorate. You'll also have the support of a close team of 35 individual contributors and people leaders whom gather monthly for training and sharing of best practices. This is a high-profile position supporting a portfolio of significant importance to our business. The position works onsite in a classified space in Tucson, Arizona. The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a deep desire to learn new concepts, tools , management processes, and is able to work in an exciting team environment while also working across multiple organizations and levels of leadership . This candidate is also detail focused , seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities, and works to ensure the program successfully implements . This position will provide an opportunity to develop and enhance skills with SAP APEX, PRISM, forProject and a host of other systems within the existing Raytheon earned value management tool suite. What You Will Do Lead the earned value side of the program in forProject and deliver monthly IPMR/IPMDAR CDRLs and CFSR.
Support the initial baseline of the program through the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
Integrate EV from major subcontractors.
Support CAMs in development of variance analysis.
Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and analyze vs Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
Provide support for internal/external program reviews with key team members .
Partner with PM and Planning for EV implementation .
Ad-hoc support and analysis.
What You Will Learn End-to-End, cradle-to-grave program controls. You'll be included in proposals and gate reviews, quarterly EAC reviews presented to the SBU Vice President, and have the opportunity to gain technical knowledge by working closely with IPTs, CAMs, and program reviews.
Various components surrounding the pillars of program controls through our monthly all-hands onsite, breakfast and learn , tag up meetings.
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Prior experience delivering IPMR/IPMDAR on a contractually required EV program.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Note, Top Secret is preferable.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
