Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Government Chief Engineer on the development of Group 5 UAS. • Provide subject matter expert (SME) feedback during vendor design reviews and development processes. • Develop detailed Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to guide program execution. • Assist in creating and maintaining engineering documentation and test procedures. • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and support key program management processes. • Participate in engineering working groups and readiness reviews as required. What You'll Bring to the Team: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field. • Experience: 5+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on aircraft or UAS systems. • Technical Expertise: Experience with aircraft systems, carrier suitability, integration and testing, modeling and simulation, operations, and flight clearance processes. • Communication: Ability to create clear and compelling briefing materials; strong writing and presentation skills are essential. • Security: Experience supporting U.S. Navy weapons systems acquisition at levels requiring Special Access. Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience with multi-level security programs. • A mix of theoretical knowledge, engineering practice, managerial expertise, and field experience. Why Join Us?
