Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a Digital Support Project Manager to work for a company that is rapidly growing in North America. This role provides high exposure to both regional and global leadership teams, offering an influential platform to drive strategic decision-making with long-lasting impacts on our business. You will play a pivotal role in the transformation of Schneider Electric's supply chain, develop a comprehensive understanding of our industrial footprint, and expand your network with key regional and global stakeholders.

The listed locations for this role are as follows: Nashville, Boston, Dallas, Raleigh.

The Digital Support Project Manager will lead the rollout of advanced digital tools and capabilities to optimize Schneider Electric's processes and strengthen partnerships with suppliers. You will work across cross-functional teams, overseeing the deployment and integration of digital capabilities and fostering long-term adoption. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to enhance supply chain resilience.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end deployment projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
• Provide strategic direction on the adoption of the SSP SRM 2.0 SupplyOn tool, driving engagement and accountability from both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Design and implement training programs for both suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and continuous improvement in digital tool usage.
• Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress, adoption rates, and KPIs. Provide regular updates to leadership, along with actionable insights to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Plant Upstream Leaders, Supply Chain Managers, Procurement, and Logistics teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and tool enhancements that drive supply chain efficiency and resilience.
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between various business units and providing clear visibility into project status, risks, and milestones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global teams, creating a collaborative environment that promotes the seamless integration of digital solutions across Schneider Electric's supply chain ecosystem.
• Act as a point of contact for project escalations, ensuring rapid resolution of issues while balancing competing priorities to maintain momentum in tool deployment and adoption efforts.
• Lead post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement in future tool rollouts.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects in supply chain, procurement, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms in supply chain management, including hands-on experience with supplier relationship management (SRM) tools such as SupplyOn or similar platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving operational excellence while meeting business objectives and KPIs.
