Project Manager for the Crane Clean Energy Center is in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg).
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assists projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. Provides support to project team members and the Project Management process. Position generally used for projects requiring integration of multiple functional organizations
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supports Project Team with the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) in accordance with the Constellation Management Model procedures and standard practices. Perform required monthly reporting.
Prepares project related documentation including status reporting for approval by the project manager.
Prepares project communications for approval by the project manager throughout project lifecycle
Assist Project Manager with the development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.
Assist Project Manager in development of funding authorization packages
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS in Engineering, business, or science with 2 years professional experience OR
Associates Degree with 3 years experience in the field of management of projects OR
High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in the field of management of projects
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to be well organized
Strong skills with all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel a must) and Microsoft Project
Qualifications:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience
Demonstrated knowledge of utility business and power plant equipment
Knowledge of contract management and / or Passport supply system
PMP Certification
