Salary Range: $110K_$130K/Annum
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific expertise in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
Resource Management: Coordinate Client, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
Subcontractor Management: Select, onboard, and manage subcontractors and vendors to meet project requirements.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures to stay within budgetary constraints.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years of experience in the solar industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing solar energy projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
