Role Summary:
The Staff Program Manager for Service Systems and Integrations is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and optimization of service systems and integration projects, requests and program level initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving the successful delivery of system changes.
Responsibilities:
Lead sessions to gather and prioritize requirements with the Service Operations Teams for the Service Operating Systems, SAP, and other systems, and related integrations
Collaborate internally with Service, Digital/Commercial Technology, and other business stakeholders as needed for tasks related to the creation and improvements of Service Operating Systems (including service request management, diagnostics, parts, scheduling, dispatch, fleet, business to business operations, service task management, workforce management, routing, order management, asset management, etc.)
Drive and support projects, system enhancements and changes in partnership with operations, technology and digital teams. This can include ownership of the product life cycle, such as, but not limited to, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive action as needed to support system change requests
Support Service Operations Team and Digital/Commercial Technology in activities such as testing, implementation, set up, configuration, and launch in Rivian Operating Systems
Collaborate with internal teams to create training strategy and material for users of Service Operating Systems, SAP and other systems used within Service at Rivian
Partner internally with field teams and experts to create & constantly refine service center operations flows and use cases, identifying areas for innovation and improvement
Assist in creating and managing a feedback mechanism for Service Operating System users & drive development of service systems for operational efficiency
Assist in dashboard/reporting implementations for monitoring of service and parts performance via the extraction of key KPI data from service systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science/Business Management or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Automotive, Tier 1, OEM, or technical field with emphasis in Program Management
History of excellence in project management roles and effective use of PM tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence)
Strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technology field
SAP ERP understanding and experience (PTC, OTC, MM,EWM)
Experience with custom program design, development, and implementation
A customer-centric mindset to provide exceptional customer service and vehicle ownership experience
Passion to organize and drive development, improvement, and maintain processes critical to the success of the Service Operations Team
Ability to learn new systems/software quickly and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment
Effective collaboration skills with individuals, groups, and vendors
Proven track record of system development and implementation
Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $125,000- $156,200 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Bay Area, California Based Applicants: $135,800 - $169,800 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
