Job Description

Peak's Supervisor will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, inspections, and licensing, house rig-ups and maintenance, water/sewage hauling, tracking third party equipment, and supervision of related employees/crews.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
  • Accomplishes tasks by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities. Address employee performance problems through corrective action and dismissal.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintains working relationship with the clients.
  • Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings.
  • Ensures the timely and accurate collection, totaling, and transmission of payroll data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands and Exposures
  • Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
  • Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
  • Prolonged sitting, standing, walking.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs.
