Systems Analyst - USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL (Tampa, FL) Position ID: AITS.1 (2 Positions) FSLA Classification: Exempt Location: Tampa, FL 33621 Specific Worksite Location: USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL (Tampa, FL) Remote/Telework: Remote/Telework is NOT authorized at this time. Work is performed 100% on site. There may be a possibility for telework flexibility at some point, but this is not guaranteed. Anticipated Start Date: Immediate Job Opening Required Security Clearance: Must already possess and be able to maintain an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. Description Summary
The Systems Analyst will ensure that our government customer achieves the desired 3rd party software infrastructure, capabilities, and accreditation process for the deployment of software at the speed of relevance. The Systems Analyst performing on this contract will possess the required skills, experience and accreditations at the appropriate clearance level and be responsible for executing collaborative autonomy and interoperability architecture and software to maximize the capabilities of uncrewed systems (UxS) to enhance command and control, communications, computing, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C5ISR), and targeting. Specific Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
• Provide minimally supervised support for difficult analysis and evaluation assignments.
• Perform analysis and evaluation of existing or proposed processes, applications, system, or software.
• Perform, and/or may direct, project planning, scope, control, management, tracking, or review.
• Perform analysis and evaluation throughout the process, application, system, or software development lifecycle.
• Support planning, requirements, design, acquisition, development, integration, installation/deployment, performance tuning, testing, or training.
• Perform, and/or may direct, document development/preparation at various stages of a project life cycle (e.g., planning through implementation) to detail analysis results and solution recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings such as joint application development (JAD) sessions to support the analysis process and serve as a liaison between functional and technical specialists.
• Assist with testing to support the project life cycle, as applicable. Uses methodologies, modeling/estimating techniques, tools, applications, systems, software, or databases at advanced levels to perform assigned tasks.
• Ensures compliance with, and/or may develop, the standards and organization requirements relative to specific assignments. Essential Functions: Qualifications/Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple, complex and competing priorities and projects. Required Certifications: N/A Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology or other related field of study • Relevant experience and years of experience may be considered in lieu of required education Required Experience/Skills: • Minimum five (5) years experience in supporting project analysis or integration for software, modeling, database or processes
• Ability to work as a member of a team with the skills and personality to lead discussions that results in positive desired outcomes
• Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, business management and customer service skills
• Demonstrated experience in a DoD organization supporting critical mission objectives Preferred Certifications: N/A Preferred Education:

• Mission Planning, Software Analysis Integration, and Project Management or equivalent
• Experience with managing software integration and application testing
• Maintains an overall understanding of how software scripts are tested to develop approved applications
• Project Management or process improvement experience with software teams
• Understanding of acquisition management support and documentation for fielding software and systems Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Professional Office Environment; must be able to sit at a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time. Physical Demands:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
• Must be able to communicate regularly via telephone and verbally present information to employees, customers and outside vendors. Work Schedule/Expected Hours of Work:
• 40 hours per week
