The Opportunity: The Department of Defense's ( DoD ) infrastructure is evolving to meet ambitious climate goals, growing energy demands, and critical resilience requirements. Furthermore, new te chn ology, community involvement, and public-private partnerships are creating new infrastructure opportunities for the DoD. As a result, infrastructure financing and acquisitions are changing. That's why we need you, a highly skilled and motivated Acquisition Spe cia list to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the new prototypes projects for various infrastructure- related iniaitives and programs, with a particular focus on energy and resilience. This role requires an understanding of federal acquisition regulations ( FAR ) and DoD procurement policies , excellent problem-solving, and the ability to lead multiple stakeholders with different perspectives toward the same goal. The position also requires developing and maintaining relationships with contracting agency partners, military installation leaders, legal teams, and senior clients. In this role, you'll identify potential suppliers and solutions through solicitation processes and evaluate their capabilities. Additional responsibilities include project planning, meeting facilitation, evaluating supplier capabilities, and c ond ucting market research. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 3+ years of experience coordinating with executive level stakeholders across multiple offices with equites in project development 3+ years of experience with federal government procurement or contract management 1+ years of experience with energy project acquisition types, including the Military Construction (MILCON) process, Energy Savings Performance Contracts ( ESPCs ) , Utility Energy Service Contracts ( UESCs ) , Other Tra nsa ction Agreements ( OTAs ) , Power Purchase Agreements ( PPAs ) , or Utilities Privatization ( UP ) contracts Experience establishing or managing Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) Experience providing recommendations for acquisition program teams on acquisition pathways, including documentation tailoring and baselining Experience planning, tracking, and meeting due dates for multiple tasks across multiple programs Experience collaborating successfully with individuals at all levels to accomplish tasks within stated deadlines Knowledge of project financing and project development Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience developing or participating in renewable energy generation projects and net zero facilities Experience with engineering, structural, and design components of a construction project Experience with Other Transactions Authorities Knowledge of energy generation or efficiency technologies Ability to work autonomously and provide direct client support with minimal oversight Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles appropriate to target audience Ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining performance and quality of work products Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred ; Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
