The Opportunity: As a Procurement Program Manager, you understand the complexities of connecting electricity consumers with renewable energy generators. You know the challenges associated with gathering requirements and driving a project from concept to implementation. With the demand for resilient, clean energy growing many Federal Government energy consumers need support standing up new programs to manage limited resources and achieve sophisticated energy objectives. That's why we need you, a leader who can help ensure success through careful management and effective communication. On our team, you'll establish and manage renewable energy procurement processes, develop milestone plans, and coordinate with senior client stakeholders. You'll define and support data acquisition and reporting strategies to track progress and improve processes. You Have: 7+ years of experience as an energy program or project manager Experience with advising senior clients and stakeholders Experience in working with electricity utility providers Knowledge of regulatory issues driving the utility industry across the U.S. Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, including power purchase agreements, renewable energy credits (RECs), renewable energy tariffs, and common renewable generation technologies Knowledge of stakeholder management with the ability to drive collaboration between the Federal Government and utility providers Ability to manage schedule and workload to successfully deliver on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work with data analysts and technical experts to develop functional and technical requirements Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with advising Federal agencies Experience in working with the Department of Defense Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
