This role is for the Project Finance Lead position in front of the Dark Horse Production Program Family, supporting Small Form Factor Solutions within the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. We have a very diverse portfolio of programs including Product Support, Development and Production. Essential Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Financial data to the Program team and BAE Leadership
Oversight of all Fixed Price Earned Value & UPC data
Coordination and updates of quarterly financial forecasts (FP&A)
Support to follow-on proposal efforts
As a lead, employee in this role will be looked to by fellow Finance employees as well as individuals from other functions for sounds financial advice and guidanceThis role will be performed in a Hybrid capacity, with the individual splitting their time between working on-site at BAE Facilities (Nashua, NH) and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of work experience
Program Control / Program Finance experience within the defense industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation
Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Experience with the Material Reporting System and UPC ReportingRequires ability to obtain a Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a SAP/SAR clearance. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Developing an EV compliant baseline position, understanding of Earned Value and UPC
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
