Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to join our team at for a government customer. This role provides critical EW support, research, planning and analysis to the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate at Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Cell at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuous assessment of Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) methodologies to ensure the efficacy and advancement of our operations. Responsibilities: Provide full JEMSO support to USINDOPACOM senior leader(s) ensuring alignment with national security policies and military strategies.
Supports Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) focused on USINDOPACOM operations that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific.
Provides research and detailed analysis of EW operations and national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration during AOR operations and exercises.
Analyze and interpret data, capabilities, analysis and planning to inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.
Develop and present detailed reports, research, and analysis to senior leadership.
Maintain and update the JEMSO database and its applications, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Support the development and implementation of innovative approaches for integrating partner nations' capabilities.
Coordinate operations with Service Components, research labs, industry, OSD, and Joint Staff. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field with commensurate military experience.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Electromagnetic Warfare or EMSO operations.
At least 3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component Headquarters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective conveyance of technical information and interaction with senior stakeholders.
Experience in writing reports, graphics, and information papers. Experience analyzing operational data.
Due to sensitive nature of the position, must be a U.S. Citizen
Must possess a Top-Secret Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Master's Degree and/or attendance at Service Command and General Staff College.
Graduate of the Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operations Course.
Previous experience as an Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) or Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECMO).
Familiar with USINDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS). Familiar with the JEMSO applications and databases (FADE/MIST, CED, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Travel Required: Occasional Benefits We Have to Offer: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
