Technical Data Package (TDP) Analyst Belong, Connect, Grow with KBR! KBR is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Data Package Analyst to join our team supporting NAVAIR PMA 268 Technical Data Packages and Data Rights Effort in Orange Park, FL (Hybrid Remote). The Unmanned Carrier Aviation Program Office (PMA-268) oversees the MQ-25 Stingray unmanned air system, which provides critical aerial refueling capabilities for the Navy's carrier air wing. The successful candidate will analyze technical data deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract requirements related to data markings and data rights that impact the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products while ensuring technical data compliance with contractual requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze technical data deliverables, ensuring data markings and data rights align with contract requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to assess documented contract requirements for data rights, verify that OEM deliverables meet those requirements, and document and report on all non-conforming deliverables. Technical Data Analysis: Analyze technical data deliverables, including models, engineering design data, specifications, and associated lists, ensuring that data markings and data rights align with contract specifications.
Data Compliance Assessment: Evaluate and verify that Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) deliverables meet documented contract requirements. Conduct reviews of technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Documentation Review: Assess various levels of Technical Data Packages (TDP) - Conceptual, Developmental, and Product Level - to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurately represented. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings from data analyses and document any non-conforming deliverables. Ensure that all documentation is maintained accurately to support data rights management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and contract management, to communicate findings and ensure that all technical data deliverables meet contractual obligations.
TDP Management: Assist in managing the lifecycle of Technical Data Packages (TDP) in accordance with MIL-STD-31000B guidelines, including elements like engineering design data, software documentation, and quality assurance provisions. Contract Requirements Support: Provide insights and recommendations for acquiring technical data and TDP management products that meet the program's long-term needs, supporting effective data management and compliance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Citizenship and Clearance: Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain. Education & Experience: BS/BA in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred, and 2 years of related work experience.
OR AA/AS and 10 years of related experience.
OR 10 years of Specialized military experience/training
Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required. Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid workplace setting. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
