To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Job Description Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies (HII-MT) is looking for a Project Management Analyst to provide support across several contracts within the Acquisition Engineering portfolio. The project management analyst will support the portfolio in helping to oversee and manage specific planning and programmatic aspects of ongoing task orders. Essential Job Responsibilities Perform a variety of project support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination and other related duties in support of the Program Manager.
Assist Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.
Develop/coordinate Purchase Requests for material purchases.
Approve subcontractor invoices, including labor and travel across various contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), ensuring timely approval and compliance with government regulations.
Review and approve contract monthly invoices.
Review travel expenses across various Program ensuring in compliance with government regulations. Assist with timesheet management.
Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of all MS Office applications 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Secret level clearance or ability to obtain a secret clearance. Preferred Requirements Prior experience as a Project Controller or Financial Analyst is preferred.
Experience working with USAF or other DoD agencies is preferred.
