As an Agile Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Agile/Scrum framework is followed within development teams with varying disciplines. We are seeking a candidate with experience implementing the SAFe framework. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum and/or ART ceremonies as needed, removing any impediments that may arise, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions on time. You will work closely with the Program Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Development team to ensure that the product backlog is maintained and prioritized effectively. We are looking for an experienced Agile Professional who holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. The ideal candidate would have experience both as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer and is able to perform in both of those roles dependent on program needs. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach teams on Agile/Scrum/SAFe principles and practices Organizing and Facilitating PI Events (PI Planning, PI System Demo, ART Syncs, etc)

2+ years of demonstrated experience in Agile Professional role (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, etc.)
2+ years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment
Certification from an industry-recognized certifying organization, specific to roles mentioned above
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Understanding of the project lifecycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases) using Agile principles
Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to work well with others and build relationships with team members Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated knowledge of SAFe principles and practices Experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira Comfortable working with program managers and engineers to identify, manage, and maximize team performance
Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to work well with others and build relationships with team members The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Preferred: Experience with writing JQL Experience working with Confluence Scaled Agile Certifications: SPC, RTE, and/or SSM Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54.
