PDS TECH is currently looking for a Hybrid/HV Powertrain Engineer for our motorsports client.
up to $60/Hr DOE
Location - Ohio, or Indianapolis or Santa Clarita, CA
Be part of a traveling Trackside Support Group - supporting race and test events
BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in electrification, hybrid vehicle performance or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with hybrid systems, ideally in a motorsports role.
Understand ERS Operational States and safety.
Previous technical writing and reporting required.
Use of advanced data analysis and data base experience required.
Knowledge and experience with powertrain calibration and controls.
Experience with F1, FE, LMP1 etc., hybrid/BEV systems preferred.
2 years of both theoretical and practical electronics/hybrid design, prototyping and build, analysis, and problem-solving experience.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per hour
