We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment and systems associated with production, including but not limited to compressors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and other related equipment at the plant, as well as providing maintenance support to our partner farms. Additionally, expertise in electrical systems will be critical in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our operations.

Work Schedule: 2-2-3, 12 hour shifts
Working Hours: 5am - 5pm OR 6am - 6pm or 7am - 7pm

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems such as cleaning, lubricating, and servicing.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and repair or replace defective parts.
  • Conduct electrical maintenance tasks on production equipment, including electrical distribution systems, control panels, motors, generators, and related components.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections using a CMMS system.
  • Follow schedules for preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and participate in training to improve skills and knowledge.


  • High-school diploma with an associate's degree in maintenance, electrical systems, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field, and/or hold a journeyman's license in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field, OR equivalent combination of work experience and formal training and education preferred.
  • At least 1 maintenance training certificate or 24 hours of completed training. Maintenance training certificate(s) in Maintenance Techniques, Fluid Power, Intermediate Electrical, Process Controls, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, and PLC Troubleshooting are highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant maintenance work experience preferably working in Renewable Energy Production, Industrial Manufacturing, Wastewater treatment and/or a similar field.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively utilize various computer programs and systems.
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports.
  • Timely responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Strong attention to safety.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and have acceptable insurance.
  • Possesses good English language skills (fluent verbal & written comprehension) to interpret procedures, comprehend instructions, and to communicate effectively with others.


Compensation details: 23.5-36 Hourly Wage
