Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer II to join our team supporting Department of Defense (DoD) projects. This position is contingent upon contract award and focuses on the test, evaluation, and optimization of tactical communication systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in RF technologies, debugging, and compliance testing, along with experience in advanced waveform technologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Test and Evaluation (T&E) for tactical communication systems, including debugging, testing, integration, and optimization.
Perform characterization, performance, requirements, and compliance testing for tactical communication systems.
Collaborate on the development of solutions leveraging advanced waveforms such as Low Probability of Detection (LPD) and Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) for enhanced capabilities.
Apply expertise in open architecture constructs, such as SOSA, CMOSS, OMS/UCI, and AMS Government Reference Architecture (GRA), to design and refine RF systems.
Support the analysis and implementation of anti-jam technologies for tactical communication systems. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or a related field.
Security Clearance: Active Secret security clearance.
Experience (Within the Past Seven Years): 3+ years of experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E) performing debugging, testing, integration, and optimization for tactical communication systems.
3+ years of experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E) performing characterization, performance, requirements, and compliance testing for tactical communication systems. Desired Qualifications: Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or Top-Secret Eligible status.
Demonstrated experience supporting Top Secret-level projects.
Experience (Within the Past Ten Years): 5+ years of experience with open architecture constructs such as SOSA, CMOSS, OMS/UCI, and AMS GRA.
5+ years of experience with LPD and LPI waveforms and anti-jam technologies for tactical communication systems. Benefits We Have to Offer: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
