General Description: UAS/Multi-INT Sensing Strategy, Plans and Programs: Provide technical programmatic and subject matter expert (SME) support to the functional managers, requirements officer, and PEMs for all UAS, fused multi-INT sensing, and QRC capabilities, and associated architecture and ground systems, under the organizational responsibility of AF/A3. These include MQ-9 and other UAS or ISR system as directed by AF/A2/6 and AF/A3. This support is required in the areas of strategy and policy development for planning, operational development and justification, requirements analyses, technical assessments, and program reviews in support of operations, communications, and research, development and acquisition, and sustainment activities. Also, the contractor will perform a variety of capabilities-based planning, programming, and requirements duties to support Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Concept of Employment (CONEMP), and flight plan development in accordance with the strategic planning process. Experience Requirements: Experience in operations and/or management of UAS platforms (RQ-4/RQ-9).
3 years HAF/SAF/MAJCOM staff experience; 5 years highly desired.
10 years intelligence platform or flight or sensor operations experience - UAS/RPA specific, highly desired.
10 years in RPA-specific flight operations experience (desired).
In-depth knowledge and experience in Air Force RPA (UAS) systems to include aircraft, sensors, payloads, ground control stations, and PED, to include familiarity with DCGS.
2 years' CONOP and/or CONEMP plans experience.
Experience on RPA programs and familiarity with the JCIDS, PPBES, and systems acquisition, highly desired.
Ability to interface and perform frequent technical and programmatic liaison functions with the Air Staff, OSD, Joint Staff, Major Commands (MAJCOMs), and other US Government and allied organizations.

- Collaborate with team members to support mission requirements - Follow safety protocols and adhere to DoD regulations Other/Day-to-Day HAF SIGINT Project/Program Oversight
Oversee a large-scale SIGINT portfolio for the Department of the Air Force (DAF), managing funds exceeding $400 million. Ensured alignment with HAF project objectives, budget constraints, and stakeholder requirements.
Strategic Policy & Financial Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of congressional ISR budget allocations, prioritizing projects and contracts to ensure alignment with DAF operational needs.
Capability Gap Analysis & Strategic Planning
Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on advanced signals technologies and identify SIGINT capability gaps. Monitor cost overruns on existing contracts to mitigate HAF financial risks.
HAF Staffer - Additional Duties
Manage multiple daily requests for information (RFIs) from HAF and congressional offices, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Strategic Leadership & Collaborative Efforts
Support cross-functional teams and foster innovative partnerships to advance SIGINT technologies within partner organizations across the Intelligence Community, enhancing information sharing and integration.
Note: This position is primarily focused on supporting military operations and intelligence activities. Experience in the military or intelligence community is highly desired.
