In this role, you will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and managing requirements for our products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing product reliability through DFEMA methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document requirements for product development using DFEMA methodologies.
- Conduct FEA analysis to assess design performance and safety.
- Develop and maintain Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVP&R).
- Utilize SysML to model system requirements and architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in validation activities to ensure product compliance with ISO 26262 and FMVSS standards.
- Support testing and evaluation of autonomous vehicle systems and subsystems.
- Utilize tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, and Visio for documentation and design.
- Apply MBSE principles to improve system engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in DFEMA, FEA analysis, and system engineering.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle.
- Proficiency in SysML and experience with requirement management tools.
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and FMVSS is a plus.
- Experience with validation and testing processes for automotive or unmanned systems.
- Knowledge of CAD tools and ASIL requirements is desirable.
