Job Purpose:
Performs a variety of entry level tasks in a manufacturing environment, supporting the Lamination department.

Salary Range(annual): $37,440 - $39,520. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
Machine Operator
Job Purpose:
Performs a variety of entry level tasks in a manufacturing environment, supporting the Lamination department.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
- Will work in various areas of production within the PCB facility as needed
- Training will be provided for entry level candidates
- May expedite parts or materials to other areas
- May assist other operators with routine manufacturing tasks
- May perform tasks in Facilities such as cleaning/painting, etc
- May require some lifting 15 to 50lbs
- Othertasks as assigned
Education and Experience
- 1 year minimum experience
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment
- Must be available to work overtime as necessary
- May work with very small parts or materials that require fine manual dexterity
